KGL Petroleum has bought an influential stake in Circle Oil. Circle Oil is a publicly traded international oil and gas exploration Company, currently with six Exploration & Production (E&P) licenses in Morocco, Tunisia, Oman, Namibia, and Panama. Incorporated in Ireland, the Company started operations in November, 2003. In October 2004, Circle Oil was listed on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange.
